Booking Policies
Please read my booking policies throughly before booking.
BOOKING POLICIES:
$60.00 Non-refundable fee for each makeup clients.$40.00 Non-refundable deposit fee for other services like facial treatments services that are $75 and up. Everything under $75 will be 50% of the service.
If you’re booking for my facials for two, those will be a Non-refundable deposit fee of $40.00 each client.
ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRES:
• A Card on File if you're booking through my booking website
or
• A Non-refundable Deposit if you choose to book through me by sending your Deposit to Zelle or
Cash App
CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY:
I am not responsible for reminding clients to review my booking policies, as my schedule can be quite busy. It is the clients responsibility to thoroughly read each policy.
My policies can be found in the following locations:
* Pinned to the top of both my Instagram and TikTok profiles.
* Located at the bottom of my booking website under "Booking Policies."
* At the conclusion of the booking confirmation process on my online booking website. Clients must check the box indicating they have read and understood my policies before proceeding to the next step. I cannot be held accountable for clients who do not take the time to read these thoroughly.
* A confirmation link is sent to every client, which also includes the policies at the
DEPOSIT:
When will your card on file be Charged?
- During ANY Cancellations
- No Show
- During any Last Minute
Rescheduling that's past the 72 hour mark
-If you had already rescheduled your first appointment and can not make it to your second appointment, the fee will be taken out from your card that's on file before making your next rescheduled appointment
If you sent in your deposit through Zelle or Cash App.
These Policies still applies. The only difference is, you will need a new deposit to make another appointment
CANCELLATION:
Your card will be charged the policy fee if you cancel your appointment.
If you contact me to cancel your appointment, I will no longer remind clients about my policies. will simply proceed with the cancellation because my schedule is becoming too busy to sit here and explain my policies repeatedly to clients who should have read them before booking and upon booking.
To not get charge the fee please remember to request for your first rescheduled instead of cancellation. Thank you.
RESCHEDULING:
All Client get a ONE TIME reschedule.
To be able to reschedule your appointment and move your deposit over to this second appointment, it Must be done no later than the 72 hours mark.
You can reschedule by texting me at (559)579-2516 or through the same text you received your confirmation for your appointment.
LATE FEES:
All clients have a 10-minute grace period from the scheduled start time.
After the 10-minute mark, a $20.00 Late Fee will be added to your service.
If there are no subsequent clients and you arrive 20 minutes late or more, the late fee will increase to $40.00 or more depending on your arrival time.
In most cases, your appointment may be canceled if I have back-to-back clients. This means you will forfeit your deposit, or your card on file will be charged.
REBOOKING:
If you utilized my booking website to schedule your appointment and wish to book your next appointment at the end of your session, the card on file will be used as a deposit, just as it was during your initial booking.
If you booked through Zelle or Cash App and would like to rebook at the end of your session, you may either pay upfront or submit your deposit via Zelle or Cash App. Please note that you will have three days to send your deposit; otherwise, your appointment will be canceled and made available to other clients.
Remember, without a card on file, your date and time cannot be reserved. No deposit means no reservation of date or time.
BRINGING IN ANOTHER PERSON:
Clients are more than welcome to bring someone with them. I just ask the clients to not get loud as I do share rooms next to other providers.
No walking around my room and browsing as I work because I need to focus as I start each session and this can distract me from working.
RIGHTS TO REFUSE SERVICE:
For the safety, comfort and well-being of Glam Haven by Ery, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual. Whose behavior is disruptive, threatening or abusive. This includes, but is not limited to verbal harassment, intoxication, or any conduct that compromises a peaceful and respectful environment.
Additionally, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual who does not adhere to established policies or whose actions conflict with the values and standards upheld at Glam Haven by Ery As a faith based business, Glam Haven by Ery is committed to operating with integrity, respect and care.
This policy exists to protect the environment, the service experience and dignity of everyone and involved.
